Quality Assurance is a way of preventing mistakes or defects in
products or services while avoiding problems when delivering solutions to customers.
ASN has built a reputation and committed to produce top quality transformers and coil inductors. We have two principles in QA, "Fit for purpose", the product should be suitable for the intended purpose; and "Right first time", mistakes should be eliminated.
QA refers to administrative and procedural activities implemented in a quality system so that requirements and goals for a product, service or activity will be fulfilled. It is the systematic measurement, comparison with a standard, monitoring of processes and an associated feedback loop that confers error prevention.
A high level of quality is assured every stage of design development and the manufacturing processes via failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
All those planned and systematic actions necessary to provide confidence that a product or facility will perform satisfactorily in service. Quality assurance addresses the overall problem of obtaining the quality of a service, product, or facility in the most efficient, economical, and satisfactory manner possible.
Those quality assurance actions and considerations necessary to assess production and construction processes so as to control the level of quality being produced in the end product.

Adjust the output to rated output (rated voltage and rated current); turn the input to rated input, check the output voltage again to make sure the deviation should be less than 10%.
